Hello my fellow deviants!

It feels like hundred years since I've been active on deviantART. Don't even know if someone is actually remembering me. Even if not, that's not tragic. Actually it's better. I want to start over again. Trying some kind of new style. But I don't know, if I improved beacuse in the past two years i actually didn't do ANYTHING.

Whatever. I felt writing a journal about it. Even if no one is going to read it. I try my best in the future

Since I'm being asked the same questions over and over again I decided to create a little FAQ to answer them all in one ^^ Hope I was able to answer your questions as good as possble (:

FAQ

How long have you been drawing?

Well, I actually had my first attempts in primary school. But after meeting my good friend THEVROSH I started to draw regularly (I wanted to be as good as her xD) That was about more than six or seven years ago, I guess ^^


Can you teach me how to draw?

I’m very sorry, the only thing I could possibly do is giving some advises. I never had a teacher or something like that for myself. I guess drawing is a process that develops from itself in time. So just don’t give up and practise, practise, practise! ^o^/


What program do you use?

I’m using Photoshop CS at the moment. But I really would like to experiment with Pen Tool Sai someday ^^


What traditional media do you use?

Well, that differs from time to time and mood to mood xD
In general I just use my normal crayons (but they’re really fucked up now xD) from Farber Castell (don’t know if that name gives you any clue xD)
And if I’m very adventuresome I grab out my Neo Piko Markers and try colouring with them… but I’m not very professional yet


Where do you get your ideas/ inspirations?

I got that question quite a lot. And it differs, as well.
One big influence for me are all the other artist around there. To look at their works can be really inspiring and helps you to collect ideas ^^
Another source of mine is music. Sometimes it happens that a picture suddenly appears in front of my eyes while I’m listening to a song with deeper meaning.
In the end you actually have to be open for everything. On that way the inspiration will automatically come to you ^^


Do you take Requests?

Usually no. But if I'm in the modd I might take some. ^^ I'm also holding kiribans from time to time


Do you do art trades/ collabs?

Sure, but since I’m a very busy person I just can reduce it on friends.


Can we be friends?

Please don't ask that. I guess everyone of you knows that friendship is a spontaneous thing and develops itself. So just give it a try instead of asking ^___^

Yeah yeah, I know, I'm still very dead here And on top, I'm going to be away again =w=;; (yeah, the same old shit bla bla...) My family and me will visit my other family in Armenia in two days... Gonna be away for four weeks


Well, but that doesn't mean, that I wont do anything^^
My friend THEVROSH and me decided to start a project: We're going to draw all former states of the Soviet Union... in Hetalia style^^ And since Russia, Ukrain, Belarus, Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia already exist are there only 9 more to go xD
They will be all OC's, of course^^

I'm in love with Japan, Taiwan and Russia by the way xDDD (and also Germany, Italy and France xD... and even kind of UK and USA, too =w=...)

hey everyone^^

the last two month have been probably my greatest hiatus and art block- time ever...

I'm very sorry for not commenting deviations and not responding to messages... but I also would have never expected that school would be that destructive now o__o

So, if you believe it or not, also had no time to draw anyting TT____TT... and I still won't have the time to draw anything till the end of this year (which will apparently end soon XD)

That's why I want to wish you now all a merry, merry chistmas and a very happy new year ^______^
I'll try to be more active in 2009 and start to draw again^^ *still has to finish some requests ^^);;*
